LFW: Horace – Esprit de Corps

Designers Adam Entwistle and Emma Hales of Horace sent an incredible ready to wear AW 10/11 collection ‘esprit de corps’ down the runway at The Vauxhall Fashion Scout today. The term “esprit de corps” originates from French idiom, “a body of creative people who are strong in spirit and conviction”. This phrase embodies the spirit captured by the collection – one of graceful silhouettes combined with sharp tailoring and a sinister edge. The eye catching pink dip dyed hair and alarming make up resulted in it being impossible to take your eyes off the models as they strutted down the catwalk in acute black and grey tailoring with flashes of rich lava tones. The duo are well known for their love affair with leather and we got some serious dress envy from the tailored cashmere wool dresses with structured leather panneling.

It’s a shame we didn’t get some better pictures, it can be really hard getting good images unless you standing amongst the photographers.
